Rob joined the PC Housing team in 2018 as a Guest Services Supervisor and was promoted in 2020 to Guest Services Manager. Rob manages a team of upbeat and amiable Guest Services Associates who provide unrivaled care for each guest while ensuring top notch service for both our clients and guests.
