What is Corporate Housing?
Corporate housing describes beautifully furnished apartments, condominiums and homes, ideal for relocating executives and others in need of extended stay accommodations. PC Housing takes leases on premium residential apartments and homes, adds our signature furnishings, and then sublets the units to our guests.
How does PC Housing provide furnished apartments?
We take leases on premium residential apartments, add our signature furnishings and services, and essentially sublet the apartment units to our guests. PC Housing offers corporate housing/ furnished apartments throughout the United States and Canada. We can find you what you need - not push you into our standing inventory. We source homes, apartments and condos so that you can live how you need to live!

Where are PC Housing corporate apartments located?
Our apartments are located Nationwide and throughout Canada in residential neighborhoods close to business and commercial districts - so if your preference is to live close to work, school, shopping, entertainment, or public transportation, we will have accommodations to suit you!
What is the difference between PC Housing and other corporate housing companies?
PC Housing has over a decade of success because their customers trust in the service deliver and that they will source the right apartment, every time. PC Housing trains and promotes their team members and empowers their associates so that they are dedicated to servicing customers with the ‘do unto others’ Golden Rule approach. However the true difference is that we put our hearts into everything we do - we care and at the end our goal is to ensure that you have a seamless temporary housing experience.
What's the difference between a furnished rental and a hotel?
All apartment feature a complete kitchen, and have separate dining, living, and sleeping areas; Washer and dryer are included in most apartments. Guests can prepare meals, live in a community with other residents where a wide range of personal services and exceptional amenities are included, such as gyms, dry cleaning services, swimming pool, etc. - luxury, convenience - home.

Our rates are 30%-50% less than modern hotels. Guests can entertain or hold meetings without renting a separate room, they save on daily incidentals with the option to cook their own meals. In most states, taxes are exempt after 30 day stays and parking, Wi-Fi and other resort fees are normally included.
How do I make a reservation?
Contact us to discuss your needs. A PC Housing team member will provide you with options. Select the best suited, book your apartment. You will have one point of contact, who will be your go-to as we coordinate your personal welcome shopping and other relative details. We send a rental agreement and establish payment process. Arrival instructions are sent and you check in to your apartment.
How do I check-in / check-out?
Detailed arrival instructions are emailed.
With PC Housing’s anytime check-in, you get to check-in / arrive when according to your schedule. Your apartment is usually available from 12 midnight the night prior to your first day stay. PC Housing will extend a warm welcome, whether we send the keys in advance or have them at the Reception Desk or on a lockbox that is on the door of your specific apartment.
What is included in an PC Housing corporate apartment?
Our apartments are fully furnished with linens, housewares, utilities, cable, local phone, and high-speed internet. Visit our amenities page for details.
What amenities are offered at your apartment communities?
The community amenities differ by location. Some offer gyms, pools, outdoor BBQ areas, recreation rooms with pool tables, business centers, etc. Let us know what’s important to you, so we can ensure we select the best fit for your stay with us! What are your rates?
Our rates are dependent on location, length of stay and time of year. We work closely with our customers on budgets and rates, depending on your temporary apartment needs. Ask us about unique programs that have cost savings.
What is included in my rate?
Your apartment is all-inclusive - costs may be associated with customization, pets, housekeeping or parking in select cities / communities. Taxes apply in certain states. Contact us with your budget and to find out more regarding your stay with us.
What is the payment procedure?
Payment is due in advance, on a monthly basis, unless your company is approved for direct bill. For companies approved for direct bill, terms will be extended on a company by company basis.
What form of payment does PC Housing accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept wire transfers, posting must be 14 days prior to move in date. Company/ Corporate checks are also accepted with Direct Billing approval.
Do you require a security deposit?
No, provided there is not a credit concern. New customers are required to complete a credit application, if there is a credit concern we may have to decline or require a deposit*. International travelers may be asked to provide a deposit* for their first reservation .*Fully Refundable.
Is there a minimum stay?
Standard stays are 30 nights + - however please contact us to discuss your length of stay or if your travels have you rotating into a city regularly. We may be able to come up with a temporary housing solution that will have significant cost savings as well as conveniences.
Do I have to set up any utilities?
No, all utilities and utility deposits are handled by PC Housing.
Is housekeeping provided?
Housekeeping is available weekly, bi-weekly (2 x / month) or monthly depending on your length of stay. Additional charges apply, please inquire.
What size / types of floorplans do you have available?
Our apartments come in various sizes and styles. Some have balconies, dens, etc. We will share the floorplan with when we send your options. If you have special requirements, please discuss with us so that we can find the right fit for your stay. Floorplans come in Studio, One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom, Three-Bedroom sizes.
What upgrades or additional services can you provide?
Our goal is to understand what will make your stay the best it can be; King-sized bed, working office or special desk and/or printers, special coffee makers, additional parking spaces as examples… in addition, every guest who stays with PC Housing is welcomed with a complimentary custom shopping order that will be waiting for you in your apartment upon arrival. What is going to make your stay special?
Do you accept pets? Are Pets Welcome?
Most of the communities we work with accept pets. Properties often have both breed and weight restrictions, restrictions on the # of pets, and may require a pet deposit, a pet fee, and/or monthly pet rent. We will discuss all of these with you during the reservations process. Talk with us about your pet needs in advance so that we can work towards finding the best fit for your furry, feathered, family members.
How does PC Housing feel about Service Dogs?
PC Housing is pet friendly, in fact, we have a pet friendly office - we want to make your move into temporary housing easy and we can discuss your specific requirements. It is important to understand the difference between Therapy Dogs, Service Dogs and Emotional Support Dogs.

A Service Dog and Emotional Support Dog are therapeutic to its disabled owner. Because they are specifically trained to directly help their handler, Service/Emotional Support Dogs have the legal right to go everywhere and live in housing even when pets ARE NOT allowed or specific breeds are not allowed. A landlord CAN NOT ask about your physical or emotional disability as they must treat all prospective tenants the same.

Several of our clients have Therapy Dogs and the use of these dogs is endless.The job of a Therapy Dog is to make physical contact with people, allowing them to feel comforted by the physical experience.Therapy dogs do not provide direct assistance to their owners, nor do they have legal rights to access public areas or travel everywhere. Additionally, the American Disabilities Act does not apply to Therapy Dogs.
