Your time is valuable. We commit to making the temporary housing transition as seamless as possible by extending you the flexibility to arrive at your new home on your schedule. If needed, we will arrange to have your new keys shipped to you ahead of time or placed in a secured key box. If needed, our team is also accessible by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Your temporary home should feel like home, from the bedroom linens to the kitchen appliances. If within the first 30 days you notify us that your stay is unsatisfactory due to the quality of your accommodations or our service, we will resolve the situation within 48 hours or provide you a refund.

During the reservation process, PC Housing will work with you to put together a shopping list of requested items that we’ll have ready and waiting for you. Whether you are requesting a favorite salad or sandwich, or even a specific type of laundry detergent, we ensure your needs are met upon arrival.
